The Special Interest Guidebook

For those of us who have special interests, gathering information on them can be half the fun! So, I decided to make a special workbook just for that purpose! Included inside is a timeline to track your special interests over time, a page to sort them based on strength, a place to infodump, affirmations, and more!

Because the book is digital, you are encouraged to reprint certain pages as many times as you'd like! That way you can choose to have 1 book per interest, or combine all your interests in a single, easy-to-access guide!

As always, this book is made with sensory sensitivities in mind!

NOTE: If you are neurodivergent and consider yourself to have special interests, you are free to use this book; it is NOT limited to just autistic people! :)
